This should be your thinking all the way. Life is too short to spare yourself to worry about the little problems. We need to live it to the fullest. What if you are a bit fat? After all fat people are the smartest! The world is really brutal. It will no matter what, find excuse to discourage you from your looks, physique, styles, circumstances or even your luck! So why bother about the others? Try to make your life easy yet successful. It is your mind that needs to be smart not your physique. And the brightest minds are the successful ones. You don’t need your physique to work with at your office, instead, you need to have some brains and nerves to shine. So even if they call you fat, don’t worry, we call you smart!

People have this false concept of trying to be slim so as to look efficient and intelligent. Dear men this philosophy is not meant for you unless you are a female. Yes! I said female. Females are sometimes in need of maintaining their body mass not men because unless you are a female you don’t need to show yourself. So if you had been worried with your body structure and used to think that life has ended for you there, it’s time to get up to rise and shine. Looks like a story telling, isn’t it?
Remember that only confidence is the key to wear a good look. I am not saying that you should not stop caring about your fitness level (GAUGE YOUR FITNESS AGE) instead you should keep trying your best and forget about it. Remember that the way you carry yourself matters a lot. This relates to the fact that you should focus on GROOMING AND STYLING.
Get some fashion styles that suit you and your personality. For example if you are fat you should not wear tight clothes thinking that it will make you slim. On the contrary it will give a bad image of yours. Men do not look good in fitted clothes except for jeans but that too is not suitable for every person. Let’s talk about some fat related facts. You think you should consume fat–less diet to reduce your weight? The truth is human body needs useful fats because our brain is mostly formed by fats and it is the fat that helps preparing the membranes of our brains and helps the fine function of it. Hence it is said that fat people have stronger brains and therefore they are sharp. So often the debate goes on that be fat with brains or be slim and feel like an idiot. This science fact reminded me of a joke that.

To be more specific it means that a fat person can reduce his weight but an idiot will always be an idiot. So all the fat people out there, collars up!!
