Looks and styles has been a serious matter of concern nowadays. One has to do great effort to be more fit and fine. Among all the social pressures that we have over our heads this “good looking” factor has the greatest impact on us. Times have changed when men had to be in a rocky cocky style. A recent study revealed that man has been more concerned about their looks than ever and those who fall short in competing this race are more depressed. Fashion and fitness – what do you think is more important? Is it the fashion or the fitness that is necessary? Many men are under this false impression that the more fashionable and stylish you are the more handsome you look. Dear men consider this blog as a warning before disaster! Fashion without fitness stands nowhere. One has to be fit to shine. How would you feel if an ill person is dressed up in the most fashionable and expensive attire? Will his health compliment his attire? Obviously not! You have heard health is wealth? That’s rightly said I must say. When we talk of health it goes for both physical and mental health. A mentally disturbed person will never look sound even if he has dressed himself up nicely. The real point is complimenting! If they call you skinny don’t worry because we call you smart!

Many people think those who are fat are only healthy ones and the rest of the skinny people are suffering from some kind of food phobia. Life is so unfair! When you are fat people comment you on being fat and when you are skinny you are being taunted as some grass hopper. This goes out to all the skinny people who are under complexes with their physique. You know physique is all about having some tendency. It’s more related to your genes. Skinny people are the smartest one – that’s what a survey revealed.
It was discussed that overweight people are prone to trouble thinking. Their mind works slow due to the presence of unwanted fats on brain cells. It is true that brain cells are made up of fats but the excess of anything makes things worse. Apparently skinny people have more ratios of good looks than the fat people. You just don’t have to think about anything before wearing anything. Yes they do have to keep in mind their physique to avoid wearing fitted clothes but that’s not a problem because men usually do not wear fitted clothes. As for wearing short sleeved t shirts you don’t have to worry. To make your muscles look fat and prominent fold the sleeves of your T- shirt once. Remember that the folds should be thin and two folds will do well. Plus skinny people have the leverage of eating anything hence they are confident when they go out in public for eating.
You simply don’t have to be diet conscious. Also it has been observed that skinny people are more prompt, quick and sharp. They tend to be more active than fat people. The excess fat on your body makes you lethargic and thus you get tired very easily. Last but not the least a study supports the argument that skinny people are also more confident. And you know very well that a style worn with confidence is the best style. Never the less skinny people are always at ease of increasing their weight by eating nuts and fruit shakes because extremes are never desired! Say cheese to you physique.!
