Winters are in the line, and like all seasons winters bring some woes with them, like dry air, chilly temperature and what not. A cold breeze that whips on our face whenever we step out leads to dozens of blemishes. Hence, keeping extra care of your skin is very necessary to keep your skin protected from these blemishes throughout the season. Containing a flawless skin is a dream of every man. Yet, most wouldn’t care enough to look up for steps to get solutions for such downfalls. All it requires is a little patience and bit of extra care.

Say no to hot water: Ok, so this one is a little tough but hot water is not really your best pal when it comes to your skin. It decreases the natural moisture of your skin and leads to dryness and roughness of skin.
Stay hydrated: Staying hydrated is very important especially in winters. Drinking enough amount of water could help you cope up with the dryness that this season brings with it.
Moisturize: The most common problem that most might face in winters is a dry skin. Hence to avoid this you could utilize few good quality moisturizers available almost everywhere in the market. Or you can use some home-made remedies. One of them that I personally apply myself onto my skin is glycerin and lemon mixed all together. All you need to do is that mix lemon with glycerin and apply directly onto your skin. Wait for a few minutes and then rinse off. Yet, don’t step into public or anywhere outside with this on, especially in day times. Trust me this will work wonders for you as it has been for me for years.
Drink normal water: Earlier above I mentioned that hot water is not your best pal when applied but trust me drinking normal-hot water works all oppositely to downfalls for not only your skin but for your whole body. It improve your digestive system and adds glow to your skin. At first it will be a little tough for you but once you bring this in your routine you’ll be astonished to see the results.
Eat healthy: Last but not the least eat healthy, as they say, ‘you are what you eat.’ in the same way when you eat healthy it reflects in your skin in a way that it gives your skin a natural glow and makes it look beautiful. Hence start eating healthy and say no to all the junk and unhealthy food and add fruits and vegetables in your routine then see how it’d benefit your skin.
