Mountain (Tadasana)

Bend your other leg to the front side and straighten your arms to forward direction. Try balancing the whole weight of your body on your feet. Avoid locking your knees while you practice this.

 

Tree (Vrksasana)

Standing Forward Bend (Uttanasana)

Maintaining the previous position, try putting the force to your spine! This will strengthen your back. Stay standing forward bended and remain keeping that position till the next ten minutes. And hey! Don’t you go harder than you can bear.

Warrior I (Virabhadrasana I)

Warrior I improves balance. It gives you enough flexibility to fully stretch your ankles. It makes your calves and thighs strong.

Follow the same mountain pose, just step one of your feet to forward. Lift your arms over your head. Rest of your organs’ position stays as same as how they were positioned in previous yoga steps!

Once the position is set made, arch your upper back a little. With this also try lifting your chests up while your palms are being pressed at the same time.

Keep doing this and you’d feel improvement in both your mental and physical power.

 

 Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana)

Follow the similar steps which are mentioned in the last title. Simply downward your face and keep pressuring towards the downwards side!

This will stretch your calves, hamstrings, shoulders and hands. Strengthening the mentioned organs of your body, this yoga move is highly effective in all the positive ways.
