For many men, fashion is just a glittering and eye catching outlook. But for very possessive and keen fashion peers, fashion starts from below the clothes to out of the clothes. Looking dashing is not enough until you are properly groomed. Just make an image of your outstanding dress but long rough hair, grown beard, cracked lips, broken and patchy skin, grown chest and back hair…. Eeeh it feels like a junk. If you are a fashion lover and if you are very keen about each nook and hook of your perfect fashion statement then you have to start from your personal grooming rituals. There are few rituals you have to make sure in your daily habits. Like brushing teeth has become your habit. So guys be a fashion inspiration with your groomed, hygienic and stylish look and let the other’s praise your fashion.
Men routine personal grooming rituals:
- Clean your chest:
Start from inside your clothes, your chest hair looks nasty and odd when you are wearing your deep neck T-shirt or a button down shirt. On the other hand during summer days chest hair make you feel warm and sweating create smell in your clothes. So to have a clean, smell free and ventilated feelings you have to remove this junk. Do waxing or use a trimmer that is up to you. You can also use shaving razors to shave them out.
- Shave your beard:
If you are a beard carrier then make sure it is groomed. Daily trim your beard and shape it properly then comb it, moisturize it and set it. And if you have no beard then shave your face clean on daily basis to avoid a rough hairy look. Trimmer or shaving razor whatever you choose your goal should have a clean and groomed facial look.

- Use gels:
Gels should be your daily use product to set your beard and head hair. Your hair style can’t stay set for a long day and some case is with your beard hair so get a good hair gel from market and use it daily to look set all day long. And if you do threading of your brows then you must have to set your brows after combing or brushing them with this gel.
- Use moisturizers and balms:
You can’t go to saloon daily for facial massage and cleansing to nourish and moisturize your skin. But you can use skin moisturizers and balms to avoid dehydration and skin damage. Daily do facial cleansing by your moisturizer and if you don’t have time for cleansing then just apply it over your skin to protect it from dust and pollution. Use lip balms on lips daily to keep them soft and moisturized because your lips lose water more quickly than other part of your body.
- Do exercise daily:
Beside skin grooming you need physical grooming too. You should make a good habit of exercise on daily basis. Go to walk daily early in the morning and do some exercise stunts to stay fit and young for long. If you have no time to go out for walk then make an exercise room at your home and do exercise at home, if that will be more approachable and feasible.
- Drink green tea as your morning drink:
Having a good drink in the morning when you are starving the most and have done your exercise is most important. When your body is starving and dehydrating in the morning and you take green tea at the same time then your body starts to burn fats and you look fit and fresh the whole day.
