Our busy schedules and financial constraints have made our life quite neglected and suffered. The increasing fashion demands have also taken a new turn. Men – by nature are a little careless and therefore they do not give attention to themselves. And it is this thing that is quite discomforting and stressful. All day long they are into their work and at the end of their day , they are so tied that they don’t see anything except for their bed. Is this the life all about? Obviously not! Besides we need to make efforts for keeping ourselves nice and updated.  So weekend is just your day to pamper yourself.

Make your weekends worth living for. And you know the best feeling in the world is when you spend your time on yourself. So make the most out of your weekends. First of all you should check your wardrobe, if it will suffice the needs of next week. Make sure that you have sufficient clothes both for formal and informal occasion. Your office outfits are all ready.  If your wardrobe has gone old, save some money from your monthly expenses and go out for shopping. Make sure that you add in your wardrobe some new styles and designs. Keep in mind the colors that you already have in your wardrobe and that you are purchasing are different. Look out for the accessories that you need accordingly carry on with your shopping.

Once you are done with reviewing your wardrobe and shopping, take a close look on yourself and see what areas of your body needs attention. Go out to a salon and get your beard shaved or trimmed. Make sure that your neckline is nicely maintained if you have a beard. Head hair need a lot of attention and grooming but not very often. So you should get your hair set and styled once in two weeks.

No no no! The list is not yet finished. Your weekend is long enough to give you sufficient time for yourself. If you are a person who has to work outdoors a lot, then it is a must for you to take regular facials and manicure and pedicure. By regular I mean once in two week’s time. And if you have an office job with not too much of outdoor work then once in month is quite okay for you.

Well, that was all about grooming. You know why I am emphasizing too much on taking care of yourself? Simply because when you look perfect from outside your inside also feels better and gives you a natural satisfaction and confidence.

So make your weekend good enough that you start looking forward to it very week before its weekend. Remember that every person needs a change and some lone time for himself. Failing to get this opportunity makes them irritable, frustrated and demotivated from life. And a healthy life style is a happy life style.
