Yes as you enter into the later part of your age, your skin tends to loosen up gradually on its own. Therefore it then becomes your responsibility to manage your wrinkles, dryness and acne blemishes and dark marks. So for this you need to keep on taking regular facials, drinking plenty of water and use a mild moisturizer that can provide nourishment to your skin.
So in this way the need of grooming increases as soon as you cross your 40’s. And yes keep your posture up straight because your posture reflects your personality. Remember that trying to look 3 times younger than your age is not the call of the day. It is only desired that you look healthy, smart and decent.
