- Triceps pushups:
It is a good exercise which you may carry out in your home as well. These push ups are aimed at expanding the triceps and giving strength to them. Put your hands on the floor and take the right position and see that your shoulders are right above and straight and adjacent to the floor. Now start your exercise by gradually downing your body to the floor and then take up away from the floor. It’s simple, try to focus on the position of your hand during the exercise period. Repeat the same workout up to 10 to 16 times. If you are new, probably you will face difficulty in carrying out workout at first, so start from four to five push ups. Then extend your push ups gradually day by day.
Kickback is an exercise done with dumbbells. Stand straight and then place your left hand on the knee and let free your right hand holding dumbbell. Start a workout by moving your hand back and forth. The position of your hand hand must be parallel to the floor. And your left hand should make a 90 degree angle with your knee. Do the same with your left hand by letting your right hand making a 90 angle with the knee. You can also perform this exercise by both hands. Hold dumbbell in both the hand and then perform up and down motion steadily together. In this exercise you will have to focus your arms and move with straights.
It is an easy exercise. You can do this application without someone’s help. Just place your hands on the floor and take a position, then up and down your body slowly. This includes the movement of your elbow and shoulder joints together. Your elbow will make 90 degree angle in between the complete lower down of your body to the floor.
