- A healthy diet is a key to an active and prosperous life. You need to take good food and with exact calories you need a day. Juice and milk will be beneficial and further dairy products will be much better for you in your later part of life.
- Keep yourself engaged in different things. Like you can be part of an NGO as a volunteer. You can play a role in the integration and betterment of the societies. Have a pet like dog and taking it foe walk at night will be added to your routine. So these are some key tips to maintain yourself.
