There are many ways such as trying to go for some short trips in between your work holidays. Try to visit some place that has connection with nature. Nature is one such thing that can refresh our mind and in fact it can arouse curiosity and provide your mind some new occupation. You can also find some solitary moments on these types of trips and reconsider your options of job and future life.

A lot of the time motivation is missing in our life which results in affecting our work life tremendously. If you are not motivated enough towards your work then you end up working tirelessly for something that you would have never done. Remember you have one life to proof yourself so go out and search what it is that excites you and what is it that always inspires you and you are passionate about it. You passion always leads you to the right direction so give yourself some time and try to figure out your passion, if you have not done this so far. After doing it for few days you will realize its importance and you might even end up taking it as your full time profession. Great thinkers have always followed their passion even if it is a meagre one but they have ended up in marking their name in those small things.

You can indulge yourself in some healthy practices such as physical fitness. If you do not have muscles start building up some. Play your favourite sports and learn any new technique in that or play some extreme sport that can challenge you. Challenges and hurdles help you to become a better person. Do some work that can also earn you some money such as portraits, sketches, live drawings, shirt printing etc. You know your talent so utilise it to earn some handsome amount for fun. You can also do some home based work or start a business on a small scale. You can also do some technical work for a short time that has held your mind, for instance some other profession. Take some short course in that or try to do it on your own, so that it give you a break from your profession. Doing something other than what you do at work is what exactly will bring back your energy in time.
