Celebrities are also a simple homo-sapiens, they are not aliens or not magicians who spell magic on their bodies that do wonders. But actually they put their target on stake, their millions and millions dollars deals for a film make them extra motivated to achieve the target and they achieve that. So when we talk about a simple man who is not celeb, he use to go to gym, he do exercises and take care about his nutrition, but what is still absent in him that is becoming hurdle in his way to his target? That is the ambition and motivation. Yes, motivation works like wonders, it transform your dream into reality. Make a target to make you look before your partner hotter and muscular and I challenge you that you can do it!
- Announce your deadline:
I believe that with a deadline, a dreams come true. When you have set a time limited to achieve your goal and you have announced it to the people before whom you can’t let yourself down then surely you will achieve the target. So before sketching your plane and drafting and workout and exercise table, right down the time limit on the top of your plan chart.
- Give your plan enough time:
Haste make waste, you can’t spell a magic on you in few weeks, so for better and healthy results give yourself enough time to transform steadily. If you are taking it too fast then you may encounter many health problems as well as you will get tired of this. So go slowly with your plan and make a plan of at least 12-16 weeks that will be enough to burn your fat and to make your attractive muscles.
- Select your ideal body or percentage:
Before starting workouts you have to make clear your goal and ideal percentage of how much you have to gain and loss. When a target is assigned to a model or Caleb, they have clear cut mirror image of how much they have to develop their muscles, like whether they have to make a super hero body, or a boxer or a tough man’s body. So when you have made your mind clear then just go ahead and don’t make amendment when you have started working on that goal because it will result in failing in achieving the desired muscular body.
