You might have seen Edward Michael “Bear” Grylls going inside a dangerous jungle or climbing high steep or mountain or jumping from some cliff or rowing dangerous water. Doing these kind of things require flex muscles, high temperament, endurance and extreme fitness. His workout has some of the best exercises that you should do to stay fit. Pull ups are extremely challenging and no matter how strong you are they require some additional effort. He loves to run but not on treadmill. He runs thrice in a week in his bear gryll style which is done on outdoor locations. He does jumping squats at least twice a week. Planks are also included in his training and he does some intense planks. However if you are not that fit and begin to shake while doing the exercise then do not over stress your muscles and body, shorten your time.

You can also do some hamstring exercises by lying straight on floor and pulling one of your legs closer to your chest and keep it straight.

His diet is very strict but full of nutrition. He does not believe in eating too much in a single meal instead he love to take his meals in parts. His diet includes various raw vegetables, fruits, and nuts, whole grains such as pasta, brown bread, and brown rice.
He often says that he stays away from junk foods and soda drinks which according to him do our body more harm than we think. He loves beans, lentils and berries a lot. He avoids eating dairy products; white sugar, white flour or any processed food which he thinks is artificial. He eats lesser quantity of red meat. The whole thought behind eating this kind of diet is to stay healthy while eating least calories. He says that he does not intake too many supplements as he thinks that they are difficult for body to digest and it’s better to stick to raw fruits and vegetables. If you pursue his strict and tough routine you can stretch the limits of your physical fitness and consequently will feel powerful.
