Yet, it all could turn into mess by a single missing-link in your happiness. Life is a roller coaster, I believe. No season, in any condition stays in its mean position and changes with the intervals of times. You can call it as a matter of fact, which can’t actually be proved through any scientific equation but if you absorb its criteria which it has been carrying since the advent of time. You wouldn’t neglect to believe that, no time remains forever. Hence, stay happy, be healthy. Because YES! Problems in life affect mood.

Hence, while being in such different phases of life you’re required to be happy in any cost. There would be times in life, when it’d be largely impossible for you to sustain your happy mood. Yet, if you’re a man, you wouldn’t vanish your happiness in any case. You have got that million dollar smile, and you know that. Your loss could be in different phases, yet a ‘loss’ is just a ‘loss’. It happens and it ends, while its aftermaths could be destructive. But, a man is obviously structured with a strong base and is ready to face any severe event.
Life goes on:
Three words statement, but holds an ocean of sentiments inside. Yet, most might ask that how one could attain never ending happiness along with the troubles of life? For that, I went ahead to gather some valid solutions to acquire happiness and here they are.
- Stay Positive:
Ecstasy plays a vital role in attaining a good health. While there are horrible events, taking place; yet, there still remains a positive section in any terrible situation. You might have to look deeper in it, but you may find it if you aim to do so. A feeling of positivity will surely lessen the burden and help you in attaining a feel of rhapsody.
- Avoid over-thinking:
There are periods, when you’d over think too much in order to compensate it. Yet, anything that’s “over” is never a necessity. Hence, whatever the situation is. You’re acquired to avoid over-thinking to prevent those imaginary negative thoughts, which don’t even exist in real.
- Sleep early:
Not me, but the science approves that staying awake at nights could cause depression. You stay awake at nights, the sky’s all dark and night’s all cold. There’s no one besides you, at once an ocean of sweet memories attack and you’re all into past then. This keeps you from admitting the reality and focus upon its solutions. And, that’s not beneficial at all.
- Give time to family and friends:
Complications, difficulties and snags are all components of life. Sometimes, you can’t neglect such routine problems but still struggle to maintain the ecstasy by being with your family and friends. Chilling in any case is very much essential, to maintain the mental-orders!
- Keep office problems, only in the office:
Accept not to bring office issues, out of office. You have already given your hundred percent in the office, no? Now it’s time to relax as much, therefore while your relaxation is on the line, don’t even bother to remind yourself about office trouble.
Your life is a roller coaster, as I have said it before. There’s no way that you could argue with the troubles of life. Yet, you could fight back while staying as tougher as a real man. Therefore, put on that million dollar smile that you’re holding.
