Losers were even scarified in the name of god. Men had to maintain the ideal physically fit body for the gods. While playing outdoor games we get exposure to sunlight and fresh air. And help us to maintain a healthy body and lessens our obesity which eventually protects us from many diseases. Exposing ourselves to outdoor games will help us free ourselves from tensions and worries of lives for some time and also help us reduce our stress. These outdoor games are vital for our physical growth and mental development. Outdoor games also help us interact with other people live instead of conversing with them via some social network. This makes us social and helps us understand other’s perspectives. While playing outdoor games we get a chance to meet with new people and befriend them. Outdoor activities help us get connected with nature which encourages curiosity and creativity in human beings and help us learn more about nature and appreciate nature.
All and all it could be said that in order to have a balance mental and physical health along with personality traits such as sportsman spirit, enthusiasm, leadership qualities people should focus on including the outdoor games in their daily routine.
