Ageing, weight gain, loose and dead skin, glow less eyes are mainly a problem among guys. They stay busy in earning and don’t pay attention to what’s happening to their own selves. This lead them to many health disorders and worst life happenings. Have you ever thought that who will give attention when you, yourself are not giving time to your health. - Stay hydrated:
The more you drink water the fast you come back to life. Drinking plenty of water help you stay hydrated all the time that improves your skin as well as keep your stomach fill, making you eat less. Water makes your skin fresh, glowing, tight and full of life. While the lack of water make it dull dry and saggy. So drink as much water as you can, because “water is life”.
- Eat food with anti-oxidants:
Prefer fruits and vegetables that contain anti-oxidants. These anti-oxidants prevent inflammations inside and outside of the body. Inflammations cause dark spots and wrinkles on your sophisticated skin. Fruits and vegetables that are full of anti-oxidants keep you young and spots free as long as you keep eating them as your daily food. Anti-oxidants are present in all the green vegetables as well as all types of berries and seeds.
- Use organic foods:
As the population is increasing, we are getting everything mixed or made with inorganic or artificial food. They are fine to eat but they make blunders with our health. Not only internally but when we are internally disturbed that defiantly effect our body externally too. Inorganic food increases body fat and disturbs our digestive tract completely. That cause inflammations, wrinkles, spots and too many other problems on our skin. Wear full clothe and use hats also.
