No make-up or grooming products can replace the freshness of your look. When I say healthy it means a diet full of vegetables, fruits, meat and nuts. Always remember that eating in proper quantity is not bad. It gives you protein that is very much needed for your body. Same goes with the nuts. There is false impression that whoever eats nuts get very fat and chubby. For your information I am reminding you again that taking a right quantity of nuts is not at all harmful for your shape.
