Healthy Routine For A Healthy Life:
“Healthy routine is the key to healthy life”. It is very common to observe that men take care about their cars and accessories more than their health. In this busy life not only men but women are also ignoring their health. Everyone is just busy in earning bread for themselves. Healthy routine has just disappeared from our lives. Eating fast food, sleeping less, working more is what we have adopted. Hanging out, celebrations, pure food and routine health checkups are no more a part of our lives. We think that we are inclining towards success but eventually our journeys are ending up towards diseases, hopelessness, spoiled efforts or even deaths due to poor and unhealthy lifestyle. In spite of becoming educated and technically advanced, the sad fact is that we have lost the most precious thing that is health.
Healthy routine for a healthy life:

- Eat natural and raw and healthy:
Introduction of fast food has made our lives easy but short. Fast food that contains grams of fats in each bite effects our health adversely and may lead us to a number of diseases like high cholesterol, high blood pressure, cancer, heart attack and obesity. Just think for a moment what if you reach up a high level of success and lose your lifetime effort with just a single heart attack? Just think about it. Make veggies and fruits your preferred food! Raw veggies and fruits are far more beneficial than cooked.
- Step on weight machine:
Keep checking your weight every week. An average man weighs 65-70kg. You must maintain your healthy weight. Do not exceed your weight limit. Beware of obesity!
- Keep moving:
In this age of advanced technology, manual work has just disappeared. People continue to sit before their computer for hours that may cause intestinal cancers, digestion problems, obesity, high blood pressure and high cholesterol problems. So keep moving when you are off the duty to compensate that no-exercise time. Join gym for workout or simply exercise at home. Make walking a habit.
- Stay smoke free:
Smoking is one of the leading causes of various diseases like different types of cancers, strokes and high blood pressure. Stay away from smoking but if you find it too hard to quit, try not to be a second-hand smoker because this is one of the main reasons of oral cancer.
- Routine screening:
Make a habit to visit your doctor weekly or fortnightly for your health screening. This habit is very useful in detecting many deadly diseases at initial levels. Do not be so neglectful about your health because if you are healthy, your lifestyle is healthy.
- Avoid too much drinking:
Drinking alcohol has become a trend nowadays. First of all try to avoid drinking but if you are living in a society where you can’t resist, try drinking less and avoid heavy drinking.
- Sleep enough:
Even a machine needs some rest daily to work efficiently, you are a human being and you need to get enough rest. Based on a common observation, nowadays, teens tend to stay out late at night and sleep only for an hour or two. This is may pose a threat to your health. Don’t be too hard on yourself! Try to spare enough time for your sleep because you can’t achieve your goals by torturing your own self.
- Stay trendy:
Your trendy look makes your mood positive. Staying messy and out of trend may keep your mood off. No one can seriously consider your skills and abilities till you make yourself look attractive. Stay trendy and stylish. Give them a strong personality to deal with!
- Stay clean:
Take bath once or twice in a day. Shave your beard, trim your nails and get a massage or facial once in a week. Spare your time for manicure and pedicure. Get a haircut; choose from a bouffant or tousled hairstyle. No one likes a shaggy fellow!
