Healthy nighttime rituals:
A restful sleep is the primary wish of everyone. A night full of restless turns and sleep breaks is the worst night you can ever have. Like morning rituals you do to kick start you morning in a better way to achieve you whole day’s targets, similarly doing healthy nighttime rituals before going to bed gives you a restful sleep, makes you feel relax mentally and fatigue free physically. So do you want that sweet sleep that rests your mind plus body and blow you out of this world in seconds? If so, then you should learn some before sleep manners, so called night rituals. Here I am breaking down some healthy rituals you have to try every day for healthy and peaceful sweet sleep.
Healthy nighttime rituals before going to sleep:
- Cherry juice:
Drinking something that breaks your sleeping pattern is just a blunder. Some people don’t think about their sleep and drink whatever they get in their refrigerator. Like coffee, tea or anything containing cola cause your sleep patterns gets break and make you take turns and tosses all the night on bed. So drink something refreshing that signal your body that the work time is over and it’s time to sleep now. Cherry juice contains vitamins that induce the release of sleep hormones and make your body feel sleepy. You should take it almost an hour before you have planned to conquer your bed.
- Get into comfortable wear:
If you always want to have a comfy sleep, then you have to make a sleep wear shelf in your closet. Choose something you feel comfortable in. The most comfortable night wear fabrics are silk and fabric that looks royal as well as feel comfortable and relaxing. People also like cotton night suit that are also comfortable and cheap as well. So take your favorite night suit and put it on before sleep. Avoid tight suits that cause problem in your comfortable and restful sleep, your night wear should be loose enough to give you enough room.
- Do little stretching:
Little stretching make you feel more relax and fatigue free and cause a quick fall asleep. Exercise is not a good habit before sleep, but a few stretches and little yoga is good to give your muscles a little move to release aches and pains from your body. So do little stretches of arms, leg and belly.
- Set up right room temperature:
Set a right temperature of your room before sleep. Because you may not have to wake up in the night to set room temperature when it gets too cool or hot in the middle of night. Observe weather condition and then set a proper temperature for healthy sleep.
- Write your diary:
If you love writing your daily happenings and want to record them in your diary forever. Then spare time for this habit at night. Sitting on the table with a lamp on writing your happy happenings of the day is very soothing feeling you can have. Don’t give more than half hour to this habit. Because your sleeps don’t wait for you to let you complete your targets, projects and habits.
- Don’t forget flossing:
The last important ritual is to get your teeth clean by flossing it properly. Floss your teeth because it gives you a very fresh and clean feeling plus fresh breath. On the other hand it keeps you away from bacterial infections and inflammation that cause various teeth problems.
Complete all these rituals within an hour and half and don’t let your sleep go leaving you awake and restless for the whole night.
