Among many such resolutions, one of the most important one is to keep yourself fit and healthy. So here I am going to give you a health chart for 2016 and some tips which will help you a lot in sticking to your health resolution.

So being a working man, it is hard for you to take out time for proper breakfasts or lunch. Therefore it is very first thing for you to opt. Make a habit of getting up early- yes by early I mean you be able to give some time to yourself. No matter whether you are fat or skinny exercise is a must for you. So when you get up take two glasses of water on empty stomach and with that go to a park for morning walk or exercise at home if you don’t feel like going out. Remember the fresh green morning grass will always help you in feeling fresh and will keep your oxygen level up throughout the day. It will also soothed up you’re worked out eyes.
When you come back, take shower and then you can take your breakfast. Remember that your breakfast can include any cereal most preferably porridge with a glass of juice. I have often seen people that when they feel hungry during the day at office they tend to eat biscuits or chips. Well, from today say no to cookies and chips. Keep some dry fruits with you and when you feel like having some light you can have them. Here again remember that too much of anything will not do well for you. So monitor the quantity of your dry fruit intake.
Moving on office going people often rely on junk foods like ham burgers or sandwiches and stuff. Make it clear that these things are to be consumed once in a while, not on daily basis. Make it your habit that you bring along salad or fruit for your lunch time. It will help you from sleeping at office during the second half of your day. And in this way you will be able to control you financial and calorie budget of the day. Remember that a food prepared at home is much economical than the one that is purchased from the canteen.
