Empty stomach diseases:
Do you know that eating healthy food is necessary for a good health? Remember, diet plays an important role in maintaining your health. But the question arises, what if I don’t take care of my diet? In the beginning, you might not get any side effects; though, if you make it a habit of yours, you will be prone to harsh consequences. You know that your stomach has involuntary function and it contains HCL which usually kills the germs and bacteria which go side by side with your food. However, if proper amount of food is not taken, it can lead you to various dieases and can even cause irrepairable damages.
Empty stomach can lead you to many diseases:
There is no irk of doubt that an empty stomach can lead to diseases. We all know that the intermixing of food by stomach cannot be stopped. That is why when you feel hungry, you must eat food otherwise your stomach will continue working and the more you will delay in having your lunch, the more you will have hunger pangs. Hunger is the sign that your body sugar is down and your body needs fuel to operate functions properly. So leaving empty stomach empty isn’t a wise choice.

Most of the time, when anyone has suffered from the disease, they do not think why it has happened. If you think over it, you can find the reasons as well. Numerous diseases that are very common to us are Stomach ulcer, gastroparesis, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Have you ever thought why you are feeling nauseous? What did you eat last night? You don’t know whenever you intake the spicy hotel’s food, it has a side effect on your body. Hot spices also cause ulcers. Ulcer develops slowly and if you care you can stop the disease to enhance further.

In the office time when you are busy with your work and you feel hunger at its peak, but the short time will not allow you to leave the office for a meal, then what should you do? You must have a stock of fruits and biscuits. You can take juices as well at that time to appease your appetite. However, I know you will ask me that it is not the right way to address the issue. So, here is my argument that, it is quite better to eat some little things rather than retaining your stomach empty for the long duration.
If you are reluctant and do not want to have refreshment from outside then you can take a small lunch box full of sandwiches and healthy food at your office. This will bring you an ease and you can eat whenever you are hungry. Mitigate your hunger as soon as possible otherwise it will lead you to laziness.
In a recent report of Doctors from the United States stated that people who avoid eating during work hours and think that they will eat after sum up of their work do wrong with themselves. One or two consecutive days they can carry this routine, however, they will feel lazy ahead and will not be able to give their best work at the office. Hence, most of the males become the patients of stomach diseases that, sooner or later, disturb their professional and home life.
