Food is a necessity for getting the energy and carbs to accelerate our body at accurate pace. However, this food which gives us energy sometimes becomes poison for us when we take it carelessly. You have heard that excessive of anything leads to the deterioration. So, same is the case with the intake of food specifically, when you are coping with digestive problems. Remind it that, it is not a nominal issue if, you are facing it. Treat your body gently If, you want to keep it in perfect order for the longer period of time.   1. Spicy foods create the acidity in the chest and produce nauseous feeling. The excessive spice creates indigestion problem that lead to the bloating and diarrhea. The spicy foods when pass through the trachea they incite acidity and you feel like burning. It has dangerous effects on your body because it can cause you the ulcer. And stomach ulcer is a serious disease. If you have this one then eat the food which lack spices.

  2. Fatty and oily foods worsen the situation of your stomach. These foods have high cholesterol that can prove harmful for you. It creates a burden on your stomach and your stomach cannot bear the overload of the meal. So the low-fat food should be eaten during the digestive illness. If you will carry on your meal menu with high fatty foods it will result into the vomit and nausea.

  3. Avoid dairy products like milk and yogurt because these products contain lactose sugar and it is difficult to digest that’s why doctor says to avoid milk during constipation. These dairy products like yogurt and milk lack fiber which assists in the digestion of foods.

  4. Drinks like alcohol and hard drinks like Pepsi and others, must not be taken during the digestive problems. These drinks contain sorbitol sugar that adds artificial sweetness to the drinks. It is harmful to the stomach and remember that your stomach cannot bear the heaviness of foods and drink, hence you must strictly avoid these during your treatment.

You can easily recover from this illness and stand up to enjoy your life with a variety of foods and particularly the spicy and which you like the most. However, here I am going to add  some precautions when you think you are done with your treatment and you are fine now still avoid this food for one more week and give your stomach time to relax to work again with its full power!
