It will lower the risk of heart attacks, account for cholesterol imbalance and other diseases. Drinking abundance of water throughout the day is another healthy habit. It filters our body from impurities. Also dehydration can cause tiredness, headaches or sometimes lower our energy level tremendously. Therefore, in order to stay healthy one should always stay hydrated.
