Streamline your routine:
If you have a mismanaged routine then first streamline it. Make it compulsory for you to get home early at night or evening to get everything settled for next morning. Prepare for office in advance. Manage your closet first and make separate portions for everything so that it become easy every day to find your desired stuff. Try to iron your clothes for a week on Sunday, it will save your time and effort for the whole week. Get your dress out of closet and shoes as well that you want to wear next morning. You can do it when you come back home and change your dress and place the office dress back to closet at the same time take the next morning dress out and hang it. Check your refrigerator for the breakfast stuff, if it is present or not. Wash your cup and plate if they are not washed so that it may not waste your time in the morning. Check your hair or beard if they need little trimming. If you want your morning more relaxed then shave your face at night and save time in the morning. Polish your shoes and place socks with it at night.

Break down your 30 minutes:
First 2 minutes to place water in the kettle and bread in the toaster so you breakfast gets ready during the time you get ready for office.
- Brushing and flossing:
Next 2 minutes are for brushing and flossing. 2 minutes are enough for this task if you used to brush your teeth at night on daily basis.
Next 5 minutes are for shaving your beard. If you shave your beard at night it would give you a 5 minutes relaxation in morning hurry.
Next 10 minutes are for shower. You usually don’t take a deep shower in the morning when you are in hurry to get ready for office so 10 minutes are enough for a brief shower.
- Put on your clothes:
It will hardly take a minute or two if you are not so lazy.
- Combing and moisturizing:
Take 2 minutes for combing your hair and 1 minute to moisturize your skin.
Take two minutes to wear your accessories like tie and watch.
- Eat breakfast:
Last five minutes are for eating breakfast and relaxing yourself after 25 minutes quick work.
